Creating the FCS system was a challenge with a DC Motor. The solution to making it work with the DC motor was Installing a bridge converter.

At the moment, We can’t show you a picture of final/actual version of CPU/Sensor, because our patin is pending. However, the module in the picture has the same function as the mass product CPU.

So many peoples asked “Is it MOSFET?”
This is not true. It is more complex than a MOSFET. It is PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controller with CPU. We have also integrated a processor produced by ARM to control system. Where, we were able to reduce the size of the bridge converter. This was big step for us!
So, we can designate the function below by software programming
- Rounds per min (500-700 rounds per min)
- To setup rpm
- To maintain rpm automatically
- To set up Burst rate (Semi-auto-only, 2, 3, 4…. Up to 30)
- Limit of spring power
- Battery safety warning system. (This is vital for Li-po battery)
- To input other options for future.4
